Trafalgar Lane is a new development in Woolloongabba.
I was contracted by Think Creative to write the brochure and information memorandum copy for potential buyers and investors.
The brief was to create a feeling of Trafalgar Lane being a destination, capitalising on its location next to the Gabba Stadium and the site's status among Brisbane's upwardly mobile young professionals.
